SPARTAN HANDGUN TRAINING

Learn how to defend yourself in a armed or unarmed attack, using wrist locks and pain compliance. Learn how to break free from wrist holds, chokeholds or bear hugs / grabs

Incorporated in the training is Police style expandable baton training!

Taught by powerpoint and "hands on " training.
​We go over Texas Law regarding force and use of force also. Great , simple training to add to your "toolbox", Great exercise.

Class time about 5 hours total with breaks.
